Lutech also offers a loaner program for qualifying equipment so you don’t have to miss a beat.  Please feel free to ask for a loaner when making your service request.

Note:
Please do not send anything to our service facility without first obtaining a Return Material Authorization(RMA) number.  An RMA number may be obtained by either calling us or by submitting the Service Request Form below.  Without the RMA number, we will not be able to match your incoming package with our service system.  This could cause delays in the repair of your equipment.
